WHAT: Exploring exotic food markets and off-the-beaten-path farms, eating delicious food, taking private cooking lessons inspired by Pierre Thiam's latest book as well as connecting with nature... we'll be floating in a pink lake, getting up-close-and-personal with dolphins frolicking in a salt water river and visiting a private island on a nature reserve.
